Automated System for Condition Monitoring of Deep Groove

The bearing test rig is designed and used to identify the defects on a deep groove ball bearing by vibration analysis technique is shown in Figure 1. The test rig consists of a circular shaft, having two deep groove ball bearings of 6206-z2 series. An induction motor with variable speed drive is coupled to drive the shaft.
